Yes, yes, yes,....this is my answer to your question about whether you can keep a healthy style of life. There is a symply rule, if you want you can.
Most of people waste their time doing things which they could change for doing exercise. It is not enough to keep a healthy behaviour eating, you must fit yourself.
These things or habits are not to live longer otherwise to live better. How many times have you heard " when I have to die I will"? But I think this is not the goal you have to fix in your life. You don't have to live too time you have to live as good as possible your lifetime. So you must keep fit and it means to have good habits eating and do some exercise.
It is not necessary to become an athletics star, only being yourself but profiting better your life.

Hi there!
I do really agree with you but what about people who work the whole day, from 9 a.m to 8 p.m. Do you think they feel like going to the gym and getting fit once they get home? I don't really think so. I think that our society is dictating in some way what we should and shouldn't do but it is the society itself and our lifestyle the ones which prevent us from doing what is thought to be done.

Hi!
What i mean is most people are all the time saying "...I never have time to do exercise,..." but they don't have any problem to waste their time watching Gran Hermano, Pasión de Gavilanes and so on. I know this because sometimes people talk to me about this plots and the most of times I have no idea what they are talking about, so they had time to waste in front of the Tv and they could have done some exercise instead.
Of course, there are people who are working from sunrise to sunset doing some phisical work and I'm sure they don't like going to the gym or running. But how many people do you know in this case? Because if they have a brainy-job then they must do some exercise because of health for theirselves, remeber "mens sana, corpore sano",... or something similar.
Anyway, I have met a lot of people who take advantage from whatever thing to trick theirselves and don't do anything.
I am speaking in general of course.

On the other hand, when you talk about the society is dictating the way where we have to go for, I do really agree. You have a good example with the politicians. They really dictate our way and nobody do nothing, we go as sheeps following the path they say it is better for us. I don't want to politicize this blog but sometimes I can't stand hearing everybody , me too, complaining about what we must do about whatever and we don't do anything.
For instance, have you thougth about "El Estatut"? Was it one of your principal problems several years ago? I mean at this moment we can find the best example how we are remote-controlled towards the society, the politicians in this case, wants to lead us. How they control our brains and make us think and talk and discuss about they want, forgetting we have to pay a lot to buy a flat, we work a lot and we don't have time to do anything, we earn less money each year because the prices are higher and higher... So sometimes we complain because we feel that we don't control anything around us and the only possible way is to follow the other sheeps because of don't miss the path and don't be alone in this jungle.
So the best it is doing some exercise to feel better and don't think a lot of these things.

I think doing exercise is good for our lives and I agree with you but it depends of our time, however if you want you can. Sometimes we lost a lot of time watching TV and we can spend it doing exercise like comment my partner .But if you arrive at home later or you must do others things like go to English classes, shopping, make your dinner or supper sometimes you can do exercise and you want relax sitting to watch TV or reading a book (that’s my life) or speak with our family.
Also there’re some people who believe do diet it’s ok for your body but I think that you can have problems in your health in the future if you do it without control. I can’t do diet I eat a lot and it can be a problem to me.
I think is good doing exercise when you are relax and when you can do it. It isn’t a obligation and you must enjoy with it for you and for your health.

Hi!
I agree with text but my daily routine makes me very difficult to have a health diet. I eat every day at restaurants because I don't have time enough.
I try to eat some salads and no very fat meals but sometimes it's very difficult to do it.
I love pasta and it's very healthy but you need do some exercise. But I job sitting and of course in English class I'm sitting too ...
I only go swimming once a week and it's not enough.
See you!

In our opininion. We must eat healthy meals. However, we haven´too much time to do the cook. We thing that ready-cooked meals and frozen pizza they aren´t healthy. If we eat healthy food we can be in good fit. Although we can´t go to the gym. We can do other kind of exercise at home or only to have a walk in the afternoon. The meal and the exercise are important to feel better with ourselves. As far as We corcerned not all the people need to eat the same food. However, many people like teenagers are too much worried about the weight and to be fit. Although it´s important to eat healthy and enough meals. They should go on eating and if they don´t eat, they could be sick. On the other hand the overweight is not healthy because it causes heart troubles.

Hello!
We're really agree with you the healthy is the most important thing that we have, but the problem is that people work a lot of hours and they don't have enough time to make cooking. And also we haven't time to do exercice.
In the future we'll try to eat more healthy than now.
We promise you.

Hi!
We agree with you. It isn't only eat healthier, we have to do some exercise. And we often can find some moment to practise some sport, although the exercise was go upsteirs on the underground, for example. But we are too lazies. We always find the excuse to do nothing, as it is cloudy, or you are tired,....

Health, health and health... and what about "living la vida loca"? We think you are a little bored. You don't know how to have fun. Gym and vegetables, or discotheque and beers? For us the election is easy and for you?
Chips, pizzas, "Jabugo", Potatoes omelett, a good Rioja... are the salt of the life and how we are here two days is better to die with a smile in your face. We wish you a good and long life with health and toast with two fresh beers for all of you!

Hullo!
i think that it's important to do exercise because our lives normally are sedentary. We spend more time into the car, into the office.
We have few time by us,but we have to look after doing exercise. Diet is a complement, but it's very difficult to make a diet. All time we wacht announcements of food.
We also can doing exercise when we go out and we can dance with friends.
I try to have time for me. I spend this time for to go to the gym or to do sport. Normally , I sleep better, i check my weight. Nervertheless, I'm very busy and I don't have time for me, I sleep worse.
But I think that we enjoy our live , the food but always with moderation.
