Trip to an English-speaking country

Hi there!

Have you thought about the possibility of travelling to an English-speaking Country? I think it would be a great experience to spend 3 days abroad and share it with your classmates! In fact, It would be nice and useful to practise the language you have been studying for such a very long time not in your own country but in an English-speaking country, surrounded by locals and being in contact with them! So keep thinking about it!!! You can use this blog to add your comments, to communicate among you regarding the trip and other aspects of course! Feel free to post any comment you have on the trip and info about tickets, planes, etc. I think some of you are already searching info!! Come on, CHEER UP!

Comments

I would be really interested doing a trip whatever English-speaking country because I'm sure the only way to improve my English is practicing speaking. And what a better idea than going to another country, metting other people, other culture and so on.

However, we have a little problem, that is our schedule. Everybody who goes to EOI works and we already have too difficulties to find time to do the homework and eveything (look after my daughter to me) that I think if anyone give us everything do it nobody will search nothing.

It's my opinion, maybe I'm in a mistake.

Hi there!

Jordi Lanuza has done all the work. He has been looking for possible destinations, different prices and he even has someone in Dublin who is looking for some kind of cheap guest house for you to stay. So the work is done! Now you have to think carefully who really wants to go and tell him as soon as possible!!

So if you are really interested in travelling to Dublin, which I personally think it's a great destination, use this blog to contact him. Remember, all the stuff regarding the booking is a race against time: the sooner you book, the best offer you'll get!

So, come on, keep thinking about it! I really think This can be a great experience not only to practise English but as an experience being shared with your mates!

Feel free to add your comments!

The adventure began. Finally, I bought the tickets , there only cost 80 euros with taxs included , that's incredible.
We'll go to DUBLIN
In this moment, I look for the hotel.
If you have address some hotel , address o another information , please send me .
I believe that this trip can be a great experience because we'll stay three days in Dublin . Dublin is a Capital city but it is more little than Barcelona, and it is possible to visit with only one day. The other days we 'll can make new friends in English-speaking country and we'll share our English level with them.
If somebody want to come with us , send me a mail and I explain how make it

HI,
It's a good idea! I would like to come back to Dublin I stayed 2 years ago and it was a beautiful experience.During 3 month I improved my horrible english and I made a lot new friends like spanish, italy or
english people.I think that a lot of people in our class want to trip to english country but the travel date aren't very well. I would like to go to other country as England or Scotland and visit others places but in my opinion Ireland and Scotland are more cheaper than U.K.
I hope we will go to trip abroad as soon as posible.

We agree too, the best way to improve our English is travelling. You can visit a new country, meet new people and practice your English.
But three days is not enough, you have to stay for a year more or less and alone, because if you travel with your friends, family, etc. you speak spanish with them.
You can improve your English without going out of your city, there is a lot of bars where foreigners look for people to improve their Spanish and you improve your English with them, it is funny!!! You meet a lot of people and it can surprise you!!!!
