Hi,
I think is it too healthy do exercise and funny too because to have the chance to meet new people. On the other hand I think we don't have much time to do many things, I would want to work less and do more things that I like as sleeping, "sofing", meeting friendsbut this is a cruel world. How it was the exam colleagues?
See you on wednesday

This is a difficult topic because it depens on the person who does, practices or whatever about extrem sports.
In fact, the people in general don't like the sports. You can ask in class for this and you'll be able to check there are only a few who practice some sport.
It's not my case, I can't be without doing something and I like feeling the adrenalin up when I have a chance to do some dangerous sport (not too dangerous, I'm not crazy).
I understand the people that they don't have time enough because of their jobs, on the other hand I can't with the people who having time don't do anything and they prefer to stay at home spending their time watching the tv.
Anyway, each one can do what they want, I don't mind.

Hello friends!!
I think that it's necessary to move and do exercise but only the kind you enjoy.
I'm sorry I have no time to write a lot 'cause I'm in Ireland and I haven't got internet at the school... But I'm learning a lot this month, it's the best experience I've never done and I'm very happy!!!
But please don't forget me!!!! I'm coming back in a few days!! See you soon!!!!

Sports… I don’t specially like sports. In any case, for me is much better to watch sports on the TV than to practice sports… I’m afraid I’m too lazy for things I don’t like, and no way to put my health and life at risk only for having a rush adrenalin…
But for example “dancing” is another topic for me... I like anything, which can be made with music at the background, even aerobic that is certainly considered a sport…
In fact the problem is that I don't have really much time to spent practicing sports, basically because of other activities that I have during the week apart from my job (English, a Master…). Saturdays in the morning I get classes of “oriental dance”, that is fast a sport… I assure you, that I sweat a lot in only one hour class!
Anyway, really important is that we all find our own escape to switch off from our daily problems (practicing sports, watching TV, dancing…). In my opinion, that’s all that really matters!

Hi classmates!
According to me if you practice some kind of sport you will get fit all your life.
anyway I wouldn´t put my life at risk only to have a rush of adrenalin with sports so dangerous as bungee jumping, skydiving, climbing, snowboarding and others. I have also up to people who practice these sports.I like doing aerobics, go swimming, cycling. However, I don´t practice any sport. On the other hand I can´t stand to the people who spend too much time in the gym only worried about their bodies without mind them nothing else.
We should go to the gym three times a week. Although many times we get home so exhausted that we only want to relax on our own whithout the sweat pouring off our face and our clothes sticked to our bodies.

I think is very important to do a lot of exercise. During two or three years ago I was trying to do exercise but I didn't like very much.
Last September I began to do some sports and I feel better.
Two years ago in Fuerteventura I did scuba-diving and I liked very much. I am saving some money every month to do a course of scuba-diving.

Hi everydbody,
I like and practise a lot sports but my problem is that I haven't time for do it . When I was younger I did atletics and I trained 6 days per a week. Now I try to do it at least 2 o 3 days per a week. Also I like go to treking and I will go to do it in 2 weeks from Queralbs to Nuria if you want to go , tell me!
In my opinion is good to do sports for relax after a hard day o for you feel better after do it.
You mustn't a lot time for practise some sport only you must want to practise it.

Hi there,
In my opinion, it will be good to practice some sports of risk sometimes in our life. I did scuba diving some years ago. In fact, I have got “Open Water” degree. At first, I was afraid,
specially, when I had to jump into the water from the boat. After that, when I met my friends to have lunch and we talked about our experiences under the sea I was proud of myself and very happy. But, I have to confess I don’t know if I will be able to practice others sport of risk
See you next class!

Hello.
Well, I think there aren't safe sports, could be "the sofing" (spend time at the sofa) or something like "tai-chi" (I don't know how to spell this), the other ones like football, running, etc are clearly sports with risk, not for your life, but they are dangerous for your health. I mean, I don't know anyone who can't go to work on Monday because on Saturday was watching TV on the sofa, but I know a lot of people who hurt theirselves in a football match becase they were still cold. Or someone who says "I though that I would be able to jump over the obstacle with the bike, but the doctor explained me that NO, in the hospital".
It's difficult because if you don't do any exercise it isn't good for your health, but if you do exercise it isn't good for your health.
Bye

Hello classmates!
Talking about a rush of adrenalin ... I only can write that my life changed totally. In the past I practised sports and I enjoyed with them but actually I believe I "hated" sports, overall football matches at TV. Every time I think about the possible consequences at sports and I've decided to practise relax sports like "yoga" or "taichi". They help me to overcome my stress and anxiety situations (the ills of the twenty century). I recommend them!!
